1 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey
8 oz pack elbow macaroni
8 oz pack cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
12 ounces sliced mozerella cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion.
12 oz cottage cheese
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
Brown beef and onion, stir in spaghetti sauce and heat through,
season to taste. Set aside.
Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese and cour cream and mix together
well. Cook macaroni according to package and drain.
Layer 1/2 of each of the following in a greased 13x9 inch baking
dish: meat sauce, macaroni, cheese mix, mozerella slices. Repeat
layers, except for mozerella slices. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
or until warm through. Top with remaining mozerella slices and bake
additional 10-15 minutes.
