6 med. chicken breasts cut into small pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup
24 oz. packet frozen broccoli or 2 heads chopped
1 cup mayo and 1/2 cup milk
1 tbs. lemon juice
curry powder
Chedder cheese and bread crumbs for topping
Put raw broccoli on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan (don't bother pre-cooking.)
Add chicken. Pour mixture of soup, lemon juice, curry, mayo, and
milk over chicken. Add cheese and breadcrumbs to top. Cook 1/2 hour
at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
