2 cups fat free cottage cheese
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 large egg
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
20 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup macaroni
Paprika
Breadcrumbs
Cook pasta al dente. In large bowl, stir together first 6 ingredients.
Stir in macaroni and spoon mixture into lightly greased 2 qt baking
dish.
Sprinkle with paprika and breadcrumbs.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
