Sweet and Sour Chicken

4 6-ounce chicken breasts
2 cups of terriyaki marinade (Lawry's 30 minute marinade with pineapple juice is great)
2 cups pineapple
1 1/2 cups of red pepper chopped
1 1/2 cups yellow pepper chopped

Cook chicken (boil for 20 min or fry) and cut into bite size bits. Stir fry pineapple and peppers. Add chicken and terryaki marinade. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve on top of Terryaki flavored rice (Chef's Orininals Terryaki Fried Rice is delicious.) Serves 4.
