Black Bean & Rice Tostada

1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 cup rice, uncooked
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained, rinsed
1 can (11 oz.) corn
2-1/2 cups shredded lettuce
1-1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
salsa
10 tortillas

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray both sides of Tortillas with cooking spray; place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 10 min. or until crisp and lightly browned.

Meanwhile, cook rice in large saucepan as directed on package. Add beans, corn and taco seasoning; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Top tortillas evenly with rice mixture, lettuce, salsa and cheese.

Makes 5 servings, 2 tostadas each
